The Electra Group is responsible for the construction of this 35,000m2 complex, which includes residential space, offices, stores, and entertainment. The high-speed elevators travel 6-7 meters per second, servicing 50 floors. The building is designed to look like two stacked cubes and totals 75,000m2 of floor space. The 200-meter residential tower is the tallest residential building in Israel and is home to 338 apartments.
