This hotel and office building in the heart of Tel Aviv's trendy Sarona district boasts the fastest elevators in the Middle East and Europe, traveling at 9 meters per second. With 34 elevators and 6 escalators, the building will also include the first climbing elevator of its kind in Israel. At 53 floors and 238.5 meters tall, this skyscraper succeeded the Moshe Aviv Tower as Israel's tallest building in 2016. The 5-floor hotel will be managed by the Africa Israel company. Starting on floor 33, it will offer guests 160 luxury rooms in a prime location.
